We can facilitate load testing on all custom-engineered rigging components, manufactured rigging equipment, transport frames, cradles, offshore containers and baskets. All tests are performed in a controlled environment to the applicable standards without delays caused by weather conditions or logistical delays.

Our ‘Sky Bay’ is fitted with 2 x 50t Overhead Gantry Cranes which can be used in tandem to test up to a massive 100t. With a hook height of 19m and the sky bays numerous anchor point footprint cast into the concrete slab we have covered all the bases. Coupled with our large fleet of solid steel test weights and water weights, we are sure to capture the vast nature of items we will need to test.
All tests conducted by Megatest will be issued with relevant documentation to comply with all
necessary standards and labelled accordingly for traceability and QC compliance.
Our laboratory is currently under review to obtain NATA accreditation, which will then mean that all tests performed will be issued with NATA documentation.
